Where are you located?
Im inside Salons on the Creek at 700 Alma Road, Plano, Texas 75075, suite 125 in room 35. Plano Parkway is the cross street. There are a few 700 Alma road. If your using maps on your phone, I would put in Salons on the Creek. Ive had a few people end up in some different places over the years.
I would park by Joannes Fabrics and walk in the very first door to the salon. I am straight down that hallway on the right 2 doors down and across from the break room.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens to the best of us! I do ask that I get at least 24 hours advanced notice for any cancellation or reschedules. I do have a $50 rescheduling fee for all appointments without 24 hours notice including no shows. I do take each "life happening" under its individual consideration.
What type of payments do you take?
I accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal. I do accept checks for established clients. I do not accept credit cards.
Why do you not have any men or children options?
I specialize in women's hair and making their appointments special. I will be more than happy to accommodate your husband, boyfriend, or children. I do charge the same for any cut or color as I do women.
